Meet with owner to establish design concept and goals
Space planning and interior architectural detail development
Prepare drawings and other materials to generally illustrate suggested color schemes and finishes
Prepare furniture plan showing the location of furnishings and rugs including existing and proposed items
Meet with builder and subcontractors on site as needed
Review electrical plan and shop drawings with others

Interior finish specifications for: trim carpentry, cabinetry, door styles and hardware, flooring materials and design, tile materials and design, plumbing fixtures, lighting fixtures and placement, wall finishes and colors
Exterior finish selections including materials, color and application, such as: stone, brick, wrought iron, siding, roofing, awnings and pavers
Perpare drawings for builder and subcontractors to illustrate design and material application
Make site visits as needed

Specify furniture pieces, fabrics for upholstery, rugs, art, accessories and window treatments
Design drapery treatments, specify fabrics and hardware and prepare work orders
Procure items ordered, coordinate, schedule and facilitate all deliveries and installations
